1. Services

Huntsville Tree Service Co. provides residential and commercial tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, land clearing, emergency tree service, and arborist services in Huntsville, AL and Madison County. All services are subject to availability and crew capacity.

2. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided as an estimate based on customer-described job scope. A firm, final price is given on-site before any work begins. By authorizing us to proceed, you agree to pay the quoted price upon completion. Payment is due at time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling service, you represent that:

• You are the property owner or have legal authority to authorize tree work on the property
• You have disclosed any known underground utilities, irrigation lines, or buried hazards near the work area
• You will provide reasonable access to the trees and work area
• You will be present or have an authorized person present during service (or have made prior arrangements with us)

4. Utility Lines and Permits

Customer is responsible for notifying Alabama 811 (Call Before You Dig) for any work involving ground disturbance. We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities. Permits required by local ordinance are the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Property Damage

Our crew takes care to avoid damage to your property. In the event of damage caused by our crew during normal service operations, report it immediately. We carry general liability insurance and will work in good faith to resolve legitimate damage claims. We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing tree conditions, inaccessible areas, or hazards not disclosed at time of booking.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling when possible. No cancellation fees are charged for reasonable notice. Emergency situations are always given priority — call us at (256) 203-1967.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Alabama.
